Cancellation Policy
Last Updated · October 1, 2026
This Cancellation Policy applies to all educational offerings provided by Codekaro / Efslon Coding School ("Codekaro", "we", "our", or "us").
This policy clearly distinguishes between student-initiated cancellations and Codekaro-initiated session rescheduling, postponements, or operational adjustments across our courses, cohorts, workshops, live batches, recorded programs, and mentorship tracks.
By enrolling in any program or completing a payment, you agree to the cancellation terms outlined below in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
1. Introduction
The purpose of this Cancellation Policy is to provide clear, upfront guidelines regarding program enrollments, withdrawal requests, seat reservations, and class schedule modifications.
This policy applies to all educational offerings and services, including:
- Live cohort programs and live batches
- Self-paced and recorded video programs
- Technical workshops, bootcamps, and masterclasses
- Mentorship programs (1:1 sessions and structured tracks)
- Seat reservations, token payments, and booking deposits
- Other educational programs and services offered by Codekaro
All provisions of this Cancellation Policy are subject to applicable law.
2. Cancellation by the Student
Students may contact Codekaro at any time to communicate that they wish to discontinue their participation, withdraw from an enrolled program, or cancel their ongoing attendance.
However, student cancellation or voluntary withdrawal after enrollment or payment does not entitle the student to any refund, fee reimbursement, credit, or compensation. All applicable fees paid after enrollment remain strictly non-refundable in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
Student Cancellation Summary
- You may request to discontinue or cancel your participation at any time by contacting our support desk.
- Cancellation after enrollment does not entitle you to a refund, partial refund, or course credit.
- Upon confirmation of your withdrawal, access to live lectures, community channels, and course resources will be terminated as of the cancellation date.
3. Before Enrollment Confirmation
Payment and enrollment status are determined strictly based on transaction logs, checkout confirmations, and system registration records.
If a customer believes they initiated a payment unintentionally or that a payment transaction reflects an incorrect status, they should contact Codekaro immediately for record verification. Codekaro will review the transactional records with the payment gateway to ascertain the factual enrollment and payment status.
Contacting Codekaro prior to manual onboarding does not create an automatic cancellation or refund right for confirmed, successful transactions.
4. Cancellation After Payment
Once payment has been processed and an enrollment is confirmed, the entire applicable program fee is non-refundable. Codekaro allocates instructional capacity, mentor hours, cohort seats, and infrastructure access immediately upon enrollment.
Accordingly, student cancellation after payment does not create an automatic refund entitlement under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- The student changes their mind or no longer wishes to study the subject matter
- The student cannot attend scheduled live sessions due to personal, academic, or professional commitments
- The student experiences sudden changes in job responsibilities, relocation, or academic examination schedules
- The student decides not to continue with the curriculum or finds the curriculum pace unsuitable
- The student does not log in, view videos, or access course content
- The student stops attending live lectures, submitting assignments, or participating midway through the program
5. Enrollment Transfer
If a learner is unable or no longer wishes to continue with an enrolled program, they may request to transfer their enrollment to another person they know, subject to Codekaro's approval and applicable program requirements.
An approved enrollment transfer does not constitute a refund. No amount will be refunded to the original learner. Once the transfer is completed, the original learner's access to the transferred enrollment will be discontinued and the new learner will become the enrolled participant.
The transferred enrollment remains subject to the original program's applicable terms, access period, batch schedule, and other conditions. Sharing login credentials or allowing another person to use an account without an approved enrollment transfer is prohibited under the Account Sharing Policy.
6. Seat Reservation / Token Amount
Any token amount, booking amount, or seat-reservation amount paid toward securing admission in a course, batch, or cohort is strictly non-refundable.
These amounts are paid specifically to hold and guarantee a student's place in a program with limited seat availability. When a student pays a seat-reservation amount, Codekaro reserves the seat and declines other prospective applicants for that slot.
If the student subsequently decides not to complete their enrollment, fails to clear the remaining tuition balance by the due date, or cancels their registration, the seat reservation amount is forfeited and cannot be refunded, transferred, or credited toward future programs.
7. Cancellation vs Batch Shift
Codekaro clearly distinguishes between a complete cancellation and an administrative batch shift:
Cancellation
In a cancellation, the student permanently stops participating in the program. Platform, mentor, and community access are terminated according to program terms. Fees already paid are non-refundable, and no course credit or refund is issued.
Batch Shift
As provided under Section 5 of our Terms & Conditions, an enrolled student facing temporary unavoidable conflicts may request one (1) batch shift within two (2) years from their enrollment date, subject to seat availability in a subsequent batch.
- Only one (1) batch shift is permitted per enrolled student.
- Once a batch shift has been granted and processed, no further batch shifts will be allowed.
- A batch shift is an administrative scheduling accommodation, not a cancellation or refund.
- Codekaro does not warrant that every batch-shift request will be accepted immediately, as accommodation is subject to batch schedules and capacity.
8. Cancellation or Rescheduling of Classes by Codekaro
Codekaro strives to conduct all live sessions, lectures, and workshops as scheduled. However, Codekaro may occasionally need to cancel, postpone, or reschedule individual sessions due to:
- Internet connectivity disruption, power outages, or technical platform issues
- Sudden illness, medical emergencies, or health issues affecting the instructor or mentor
- Important public holidays or regional observances
- Other unforeseen technical, operational, or logistical circumstances
In any such event, the affected class or session will be rescheduled to the next available session window or replacement date.
Individual session rescheduling or temporary postponements by Codekaro do not constitute a cancellation of the overall program and do not automatically create an entitlement to refunds, partial refunds, or fee waivers.
9. Batch Completion Timeline
In accordance with Section 1 of our Terms & Conditions, overall batch completion may differ by up to three (3) months from the originally communicated completion date.
Codekaro makes reasonable efforts to conclude each batch within the planned timeframe; however, additional deep-dive topic sessions, student doubt-clearing sessions, unexpected technical delays, or holiday adjustments may extend the timeline.
A completion timeline difference of up to three months within these agreed terms does not constitute a default by Codekaro and does not automatically create an entitlement to program cancellation or refund.
10. Mentorship Cancellation
Mentorship programs operate on an individualized, custom timeline mutually discussed and agreed upon during student onboarding. The mentorship engagement typically spans between three (3) and six (6) months, depending on the student's schedule and learning pace.
If a student chooses to discontinue, withdraw from, or cancel their mentorship program after enrollment, all mentorship fees paid remain strictly non-refundable.
Mentorship support and 1:1 sessions are delivered exclusively within the agreed mentorship timeline. Unused mentor calls or unutilized sessions do not roll over beyond the agreed timeline, nor do they qualify for fee adjustments, partial refunds, or credits.
11. Cancellation Due to Policy Violation
Codekaro reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate a student's enrollment, platform access, and community membership if the student violates:
- The Student Code of Conduct (such as harassment, abusive behavior, hate speech, disruptive conduct, or sharing political/religious propaganda)
- The Account Sharing Policy (sharing credentials, recorded sessions, or resources with non-enrolled persons)
- Intellectual Property restrictions (unauthorized copying, recording, redistribution, or commercial use of course assets)
- Community guidelines or any other provision of our Terms & Conditions
Any administrative cancellation or termination resulting from a policy violation shall occur without prior notice and without any refund or compensation, consistent with Section 7 and Section 10 of our Terms & Conditions.
12. Effect of Cancellation on Course Access
When a student's enrollment is cancelled—whether initiated by the student or enacted by Codekaro due to policy violations:
- Access to live lectures, webinars, and upcoming workshop sessions will cease immediately.
- Access to community discussion groups, batch channels, and mentor support will be revoked.
- Access to the online learning dashboard, video archives, and code repositories will be terminated in accordance with the applicable program terms.
Cancellation does not create any right to retain, record, download, or redistribute Codekaro course materials, proprietary curricula, code templates, or documentation. All such materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Codekaro / Efslon Coding School.
13. How to Request Cancellation
Students wishing to formally communicate their withdrawal or cancellation from a program should send an email to our official support address:
- Email: [email protected]
The cancellation notice must contain the following details from your registered email account:
- Full name as registered during checkout
- Registered email address
- Registered mobile number (if applicable)
- Name of the course, cohort, batch, or mentorship program
- Batch start date or enrollment details
- Payment reference number, Order ID, or Transaction ID
- A brief statement requesting cancellation of participation
Please Note: Submitting a cancellation notice formally communicates your withdrawal from the program and updates our cohort roster, but it does not create an entitlement to a refund or waiver of any fees already paid.
14. Payment Issues Are Different From Cancellation
Technical payment discrepancies are processed through a separate verification protocol and must not be treated as course cancellations. These include:
- Duplicate charges where a customer was billed more than once for a single enrollment
- Transactions where funds were debited from the customer's account but the enrollment was not registered on the platform
- Technical gateway errors or incorrect transaction statuses
If you encounter a payment discrepancy, please do not submit a course cancellation request. Instead, email [email protected] with your transaction details for payment verification, as outlined in Section 8 of our Refund Policy.
15. No Cancellation of Payment Obligations Due to Non-Usage
Enrollment in a Codekaro program reserves dedicated instructional capacity, mentor allocation, and cohort seating.
Failing to attend live lectures, abstaining from logging in to the learning management portal, not viewing recorded sessions, or neglecting to complete assignments does not constitute a cancellation of enrollment. Inactivity or non-usage does not waive, cancel, or relieve any payment obligations, nor does it create any entitlement to a refund.
16. Policy Changes
Codekaro / Efslon Coding School reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published directly on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Continued enrollment, attendance, or use of the platform following the publication of revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated Cancellation Policy.
